Last Updated: August 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Paris Rose Gold.

The website parisrosegold.com and the products and services offered through it are operated by TOKYO PHONE TRADING, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “Paris Rose Gold,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TOKYO PHONE TRADING, operating the Paris Rose Gold brand.

The terms “customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person or entity accessing our website, purchasing a product, submitting an order, requesting customization, or otherwise using our services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website and all purchases, customized orders, services, communications, approvals, payments, deliveries, warranties, and transactions entered into with us.

By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting payment, approving a design or customization, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not place an order or use our services.

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

2. NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

Paris Rose Gold specializes in premium, luxury, customized, personalized, and specially finished electronic products and accessories.

Our products may include, among other things:

  • Customized smartphones

  • Customized Apple iPhones

  • Customized Apple Watches

  • Gold-plated devices

  • Precious-metal plated products

  • Special-color finishes

  • Custom engraving

  • Personalized designs

  • Carbon-fiber components

  • Luxury accessories

  • Limited editions

  • Made-to-order products

  • Bespoke products manufactured or modified according to customer specifications

Many products offered by Paris Rose Gold are individually prepared, modified, plated, engraved, finished, assembled, or customized after an order is placed.

Accordingly, many of our products constitute Special Orders and are materially different from ordinary retail products.

3. SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

A product will be considered a Special Order when it is manufactured, customized, modified, plated, engraved, colored, personalized, configured, or otherwise prepared specifically for a customer.

Special Orders may include products customized according to:

  • Color

  • Gold finish

  • Metal finish

  • Engraving

  • Name

  • Logo

  • Initials

  • Artwork

  • Design

  • Material

  • Storage capacity

  • Device model

  • Customer specifications

  • Any other customization approved by the customer

Once customization or production has started, the order may not normally be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or returned due to a change of mind.

Any cancellation or modification requested after production has commenced will be subject to our written approval and any costs already incurred by the Company.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights that apply in the event of a legally recognized defect or other non-waivable consumer right.

4. DESIGN AND CUSTOMIZATION APPROVAL

For customized products, we may request confirmation or approval of certain specifications before or during production.

Approval may be provided through:

  • Our website

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Electronic message

  • Invoice

  • Order confirmation

  • Design proof

  • Photograph

  • Written instruction

  • Other electronic communication

Once the customer approves a design, color, engraving, spelling, layout, material, specification, or customization, that approval will be treated as authorization for us to proceed with production.

The customer is responsible for carefully checking all information before approval, including:

  • Names

  • Initials

  • Dates

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Spelling

  • Colors

  • Designs

  • Device models

  • Storage capacities

  • Other customization details

We are not responsible for an error contained in information or artwork supplied or expressly approved by the customer unless the final product materially differs from the approved specification due to an error attributable to us.

Dissatisfaction with a feature that accurately corresponds to a customer-approved design or specification will not, by itself, constitute a manufacturing defect.

5. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND RECORDS

The customer agrees that orders, approvals, instructions, invoices, confirmations, payment records, emails, WhatsApp communications, electronic messages, digital proofs, delivery records, and other electronic communications may be retained by the Company.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, such electronic records may be used to establish:

  • The specifications ordered

  • Customer approval

  • Payment authorization

  • Customization instructions

  • Changes requested by the customer

  • Production authorization

  • Shipping information

  • Delivery

  • Warranty history

  • Customer communications

  • The circumstances of any dispute or chargeback

6. PRODUCT COLORS AND APPEARANCE

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, finishes, textures, and photographs accurately.

However, the appearance of a product may vary slightly because of factors including:

  • Screen calibration

  • Display technology

  • Device brightness

  • Photography

  • Studio lighting

  • Ambient lighting

  • Viewing angle

  • Material characteristics

  • Surface finishing

  • Hand-finishing processes

  • Production batches

Accordingly, minor variations between the color displayed on a screen or photograph and the physical product will not ordinarily constitute a defect where the product remains reasonably consistent with the approved or advertised specification.

7. HAND-FINISHED AND BESPOKE CHARACTERISTICS

Certain Paris Rose Gold products involve specialized craftsmanship and hand-finishing.

Due to the nature of bespoke production, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

Reasonable variations in:

  • Finish

  • Tone

  • Texture

  • Engraving position

  • Surface appearance

  • Material grain

  • Hand-finished details

are characteristics of individually customized products and will not constitute manufacturing defects unless they materially impair the product or materially depart from the specifications agreed with the customer.

8. GOLD AND PRECIOUS-METAL PLATING

Where a product is described as gold-plated, 24K gold-plated, or as having another precious-metal finish, such terminology refers to the relevant surface plating or finishing process unless the product description expressly states that a component is made from solid precious metal.

Gold plating and decorative finishes are surface treatments and may be affected over time by use and environmental conditions.

Wear resulting from ordinary use or external factors is not automatically a manufacturing defect.

Factors that may affect plated or specially finished surfaces include:

  • Friction

  • Scratching

  • Impact

  • Sweat

  • Moisture

  • Water exposure

  • Perfume

  • Alcohol

  • Sanitizers

  • Cleaning chemicals

  • Cosmetics

  • Oils

  • Abrasive materials

  • Improper storage

  • Improper cleaning

  • Excessive heat

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

Any specific written warranty supplied with a product will govern manufacturing defects in the plating or finishing process.

9. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Some products sold by Paris Rose Gold originate from third-party manufacturers and are subsequently customized, modified, plated, engraved, or finished by us.

Any manufacturer's warranty, where available, remains subject to that manufacturer's own terms, exclusions, geographic restrictions, and policies.

Customization or modification by a third party may affect the availability or scope of an original manufacturer's warranty.

Paris Rose Gold does not represent that a manufacturer's warranty will apply to a customized product unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Our own warranty obligations, where applicable, are governed by the warranty expressly provided by Paris Rose Gold.

All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the use or customization of a third-party product does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between Paris Rose Gold and the original manufacturer.

10. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions and specifications.

Product photographs may contain props, packaging, accessories, backgrounds, or other items for presentation purposes.

Only items expressly included in the product description, invoice, or order confirmation form part of the sale.

We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical, technical, photographic, or pricing errors.

Nothing in this section permits us to substitute a materially different product from the product agreed with the customer without the customer's agreement where such agreement is required by applicable law.

11. ORDER SUBMISSION

Submitting an order through our website does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by us.

An automatic order confirmation generally confirms that we have received your order.

Orders may remain subject to:

  • Payment verification

  • Fraud screening

  • Product availability

  • Customization feasibility

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Address verification

  • Compliance checks

  • Our final acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably justified, including where:

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Incorrect information was supplied

  • The product is unavailable

  • Customization cannot reasonably be completed

  • A material pricing error occurred

  • The order appears unlawful

  • Export, sanctions, customs, or regulatory restrictions apply

  • The transaction creates an unacceptable security or fraud risk

If we cancel an order after receiving cleared funds and before providing the relevant product or service, any amount properly due back to the customer will be returned in accordance with applicable law and our payment procedures.

12. PRICING

Prices displayed on our website may change without prior notice before an order is accepted.

The applicable product price will normally be the price confirmed for the accepted order.

We reserve the right to correct obvious or genuine pricing errors.

If a material pricing error is identified before production or fulfillment, we may notify the customer and offer the option to:

  • Proceed at the corrected price; or

  • Cancel the affected order and receive a refund of the relevant amount paid

subject to applicable law.

13. PAYMENT

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Bank transfer

  • Approved electronic payment methods

  • Other payment methods expressly accepted by us

An order will not be considered paid until funds have been successfully received, cleared, and verified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We may delay production or shipping while a payment is:

  • Pending

  • Under review

  • Unverified

  • Reversed

  • Disputed

  • Flagged for potential fraud

14. FRAUD PREVENTION AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Due to the high value and customized nature of many of our products, we may conduct reasonable fraud and transaction verification.

We may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify:

  • Customer identity

  • Billing details

  • Shipping information

  • Payment authorization

  • Transaction legitimacy

Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in an order being delayed, rejected, or cancelled.

15. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers should contact us first if they believe there is a problem with an order or payment.

In the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, unauthorized-transaction allegation, or similar claim, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to provide relevant evidence to the applicable:

  • Bank

  • Payment gateway

  • Card issuer

  • Payment network

  • Acquirer

  • Insurer

  • Legal adviser

  • Court

  • Competent authority

Relevant evidence may include:

  • Invoice

  • Order information

  • Payment information

  • Customer correspondence

  • Design approvals

  • Customization approvals

  • Production records

  • Product photographs

  • Shipping records

  • Tracking data

  • Delivery confirmation

  • IP or device information where lawfully available

  • Warranty communications

  • Other records relevant to the transaction

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual obligations or establish that a transaction was unauthorized, defective, or refundable.

16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs

  • Courier delays

  • Weather

  • Security restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Flight disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Government action

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Events of force majeure

We will take reasonable steps to fulfill accepted orders within the agreed or applicable period.

17. CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

  • Name

  • Telephone number

  • Email

  • Shipping address

  • Postal code

  • Country

  • Customs information where required

The customer should promptly notify us of any error.

Once an order has been shipped, changing the destination may not be possible.

Where additional costs arise solely because the customer provided incorrect information, refused delivery without lawful justification, failed to collect a shipment, or requested a change after shipment, we may charge reasonable additional shipping or handling costs to the extent permitted by law.

18. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Clearance charges

  • Local regulatory requirements

Unless expressly stated at checkout or in the invoice as included in the purchase price, such destination-country charges are normally the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is also responsible for confirming that the product may lawfully be imported and used in the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by customs or regulatory authorities where we have fulfilled our own legal and contractual obligations.

19. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product specifications before ordering and ensuring that the selected:

  • Model

  • Storage capacity

  • Network configuration

  • SIM or eSIM configuration

  • Frequency support

  • Charger or plug requirements

  • Software or regional features

are suitable for their intended country, carrier, or use.

Where the customer orders a particular configuration after being provided accurate specifications, incompatibility with the customer's carrier, country, or personal preference will not constitute a manufacturing defect unless we expressly guaranteed that compatibility.

20. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers should inspect their order promptly upon receipt.

Any visible:

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect product

  • Missing item

  • Material external defect

should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 10 days of delivery, together with clear photographs or videos and the order number.

Prompt notification enables us to investigate the matter with the courier and preserve relevant evidence.

Nothing in this section limits any longer mandatory period or legal right that applies under applicable law.

21. RETURNS — GENERAL RULE

Because many Paris Rose Gold products are customized or specially produced, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse on customized or Special Order products.

A return request under our voluntary return policy will only be considered where there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or other circumstance for which a return is required under applicable law.

A customer's dislike of an approved:

  • Color

  • Design

  • Engraving

  • Finish

  • Material

  • Layout

  • Customization

does not constitute a manufacturing defect where the finished product materially corresponds to the specifications approved by the customer.

22. MANUFACTURING DEFECT CLAIMS

If a customer believes a product contains a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact:

contact@parisrosegold.com

The claim should include:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Description of the alleged defect

  • Clear photographs

  • Clear videos where appropriate

  • Any other reasonable information requested to evaluate the claim

We may require inspection of the product before determining whether a manufacturing defect exists.

No customer or third party may conclusively determine on our behalf that a product contains a manufacturing defect without allowing us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and assess the product, subject always to applicable consumer law.

23. NON-DEFECT CONDITIONS

Unless covered by an express written warranty or mandatory law, the following will not ordinarily be considered manufacturing defects:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer dissatisfaction with an approved design

  • Minor color variation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Surface scratches caused after delivery

  • Impact damage

  • Dropping

  • Crushing

  • Bending

  • Misuse

  • Improper installation

  • Improper storage

  • Unauthorized repair

  • Unauthorized modification

  • Chemical exposure

  • Perfume exposure

  • Alcohol or sanitizer damage

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Heat damage

  • Damage caused by accessories or third parties

  • Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use

24. REMEDIES FOR CONFIRMED DEFECTS

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the remedy will be determined in accordance with:

  • Applicable mandatory law

  • The nature of the defect

  • The applicable written warranty

  • Our Return & Refund Policy

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Another legally permitted solution

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes a remedy that a customer is mandatorily entitled to under applicable consumer protection law.

25. WARRANTY

Any warranty provided by Paris Rose Gold applies only according to the warranty terms supplied with the relevant product or displayed on the applicable product or warranty page.

Warranty coverage does not generally extend to damage caused by:

  • Accident

  • Misuse

  • Negligence

  • Unauthorized repair

  • Unauthorized modification

  • Physical impact

  • Improper cleaning

  • Chemicals

  • Moisture

  • Water

  • Normal wear and tear

unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable written warranty or required by law.

26. RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

Products must not be sent to us without prior return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender, subject to applicable law.

Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return.

Our current return location may be communicated to the customer when the return is authorized.

27. RETURN CONDITION

Where reasonably applicable, a returned product should include:

  • The product

  • Original accessories

  • Documentation

  • Packaging

  • Any items supplied with the order

Customers should package returned products securely.

This requirement does not permit us to refuse a legally required remedy solely because packaging is unavailable where applicable law provides otherwise.

28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content created for the Paris Rose Gold website and brand, including:

  • Brand identity

Where a customer provides a:

  • Logo

  • Trademark

  • Name

  • Artwork

  • Design

  • Graphic

for customization, the customer represents that they have the necessary right or authorization to use and provide that material for the requested purpose.

The customer is responsible for claims arising directly from materials they supplied without the necessary authorization, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse customization that we reasonably believe may violate law or third-party rights.

33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOKYO PHONE TRADING will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond obligations imposed on us by law or contract.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for a confirmed product defect, breach, fraud, or other matter to the extent that applicable law does not permit such liability to be excluded.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Reviewing the order before approval

  • Checking customization details

  • Using the product appropriately

  • Following care instructions

  • Using lawful payment methods

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect the customer's rights where the failure causes or contributes to the claimed loss or damage, subject to applicable law.

  • The customer's unlawful use of our services

  • Fraud by the customer

  • Unauthorized materials supplied by the customer

  • Violation of third-party intellectual-property rights caused by customer-supplied content

40. SUSPICIOUS OR ABUSIVE CLAIMS

We reserve the right to investigate claims that reasonably appear:

  • Fraudulent

  • Duplicated

  • Manipulated

  • Inconsistent with available evidence

  • Intended to abuse our warranty or refund process

We may request reasonable supporting documentation before resolving such a claim.

This does not prevent a genuine customer from exercising any mandatory legal right.

41. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
