At Paris Rose Gold, all products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality standards.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the color or design

  • Ordering the wrong model, color, or storage capacity

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, water, chemicals, or unauthorized repairs

Customized & Special Orders

Customized, personalized, and gold-plated products, including customized Apple iPhones and Apple Watches, are specially produced for each customer and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.

Manufacturing Defect Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Your claim must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Our technical team will inspect and evaluate the claim. A return, replacement, repair, or refund will only be processed after the manufacturing defect has been verified and the claim approved.

Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Approved Returns

Approved returns must be sent according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved following confirmation of a manufacturing defect, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after inspection and approval.

This policy is subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer's jurisdiction.
